Where do you serve?
Only Bremerton for now. Provide your address in the request so we can review coverage and confirm a pickup window.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay-as-you-go is available whenever you need us. Recurring service is there if you’d rather keep a usual cadence, but it’s not required.
When will I get my laundry back?
Within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup. The 48-hour clock starts at pickup, not when you submit the form.
What are your pickup hours?
Standard pickup hours are 5:00–8:00 PM. Submit your preferred date and time, and we’ll confirm the exact pickup window with you.
Is delivery included?
With recurring service, pickup and delivery are included. With pay-as-you-go, there is a $7.99 pickup and delivery fee per order.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, a 10-lb minimum. That works out to a minimum bill of $25.00 for recurring and $40.49 for pay-as-you-go, before any applicable tax.
What can I send?
Everyday machine-washable clothing, towels, and sheets. We don’t currently take specialty or bulky items such as comforters, blankets, dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, or hang-dry garments.
Can I choose fragrance-free?
Yes. Fragrance-free detergent is an option for each order. We use shared household equipment, so this isn’t an allergen-free environment.
How do I pay?
No payment is collected when you submit a request. We collect your payment method securely after scheduling, then charge your card after your laundry is processed.
How does recurring service work?
Choose weekly or biweekly pickup. We agree a usual pickup day with you directly, with no long-term contract. Skip or cancel rules are confirmed with you before service starts.
